BrandStar Entertainment recently announced they have earned the WomenCertified® seal. An entertainment industry first, this certification signifies that the company has completed specialized gender communications and customer service training, and has made a commitment to offering services and programs tailored to women consumers. BrandStar Entertainment is well-known for their cutting edge content driven women’s programming, including The Balancing Act on Lifetime television.  “WomenCertified is a leader when it comes to branding and marketing to women, and we are delighted to receive the certification and the opportunity to understand the needs of women consumers across America” said Doug Campbell, EVP of Programming.  The goal of WomenCertified is to create women friendly companies. Through training and certification program, WomenCertified is designed to teach sales and service professionals how to deliver improved customer service, communicate more effectively and create trusting customer relationships.  Developed and conducted by Delia Passi, the training program includes a four-part online course track or live training and a culminating test.
