What does someone do with their M2W® Full Circle Award once they get back to the office? At Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Leslie Prevish, women’s outreach manager wanted to make sure her entire team was encouraged and inspired by the brand’s recognition of marketing to women success. “I have a monthly ‘Women’s Outreach Team’ meeting that includes stakeholders from various functional areas such as website, events, PR, ad/sales, Rider’s Edge, etc.,” said Leslie in a recent e-mail. “In our last meeting, the person who had the best ‘idea’ or input received the award to display in their office until the next month. I think that helps to show that our efforts are truly collaborative.” Harley-Davidson along with Motorola were presented with the 1st Annual M2W® Full Circle Award during this year’s conference. The award was created to honor those brands that attended M2W® in the past and have successfully implemented what they learned from the conference.
